Pitzer, 38, of Sterling; Tuesday 6:50 p.m. at Seventh Street and Avenue C; felony aggravated domestic battery; aggravated battery and unlawful restraint, all felonies; and misdemeanor battery and domestic battery; taken to Whiteside County Jail; bond set Wednesday at $50,000; preliminary hearing March 19.

Derek T. Hunter, 68, of Rock Falls; 2:28 p.m. Monday at 11th Avenue and Second Street; failure to yield; given a notice to appear in court.
