Patrick D. Cathey, 47, of Rock Falls; 10:32 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of 15th Avenue; suspended license, no insurance.

Denis G. Meiners, 66, of Rock Falls; 9:33 a.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of First Avenue; trespass; held at Whiteside County Jail on $5,000 bond.

Phillip A. Dunn, 29, of Rock Falls; 11:54 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Fourth Avenue; Whiteside County warrant for obstructing a court order, Lee County warrant for contempt; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

John Hartpence, 48, of Rock Falls; 2:51 a.m. Sunday in the 1500 block of West U.S. Route 30; possession of less than 5 grams of methamphetamine (a felony), and failure to give information after striking property; posted $940 of his $10,000 bond.

Donald W. Lange, 46, of Rock Falls; 7:46 p.m. Sunday in the 1600 block of Fourth Avenue; Lee County warrant for contempt; posted $75 bond.

Kelly L. Mewhirter, 41, of Rock Falls; 7:08 p.m. Monday in the 300 block of East 13th Street; violating an order of protection; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Allen F. Boseneiler, 74, of Rock Falls; 11:59 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of West Second Street; felony trespass and misdemeanor violating an order of protection; was free on bond on a Sept. 4 charge of violating an order of protection when arrested in this case.

Tyler William Ruggles, 24, of Dixon; 10 a.m. Monday; order of commitment; posted $300 bond.

Nicholas C. Marshall, 30, of Dixon; 10:43 a.m. Monday; possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance; taken to Lee County Jail.

OREGON POLICE

Mark Much, 29, of Milledgeville; 10:47 a.m. Sept. 4; aggravated fleeing to elude, obstructing justice, possession of 100 to 500 grams of marijuana with intent to deliver (all felonies), reckless driving, and speeding in an incident police say occurred around 7:46 p.m. Aug. 13; posted $400 of his $4,000 bond on Sept. 5.

Brian L. Boyland, 39, of Oregon; 11:07 p.m. Sept. 5 in the 300 block of Franklin Street; domestic battery; released on $3,000 recognizance bond.

Richard D. Davis, 45, of Oregon; 4:17 a.m. Friday in the 100 block of South Third Street; possession of a controlled substance, revoked license; released on a $5,000 recognizance bond

Gregory L. Crisp, 50, of Nachusa; 4:46 a.m. Tuesday in the 1700 block of South Daysville Road; failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, no insurance, revoked license; issued an I-bond.
