ROCK FALLS POLICE

Oscar Canas, 57, of Rock Falls; 9:04 a.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of West U.S. Route 30; failure to yield.

Tonya M. Moore, 34, of Rock Falls; 10:11 p.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of East Second Street; failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

DIXON POLICE

Jeffrey Thomas Surrena, 35, of Dixon; 7:46 a.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of state Route 2; Lee County warrant for failure to pay or appear; issued $300 recognizance bond.

Aishah C. Muhammad, 29, and Anthony A. Roach, 26, both of Dixon; 7:34 a.m. Thursday in the 700 block of North Galena Avenue; Muhammad for a suspended license, Roach on a Lee County warrant for failure to pay or appear.

FRANKLIN GROVE POLICE

Samantha M. Stafford, 30, of Ashton; 6:28 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 38 at Sycamore Street; speeding.

LEE COUNTY SHERIFF

Sigourney Latoya Robinson, 29, of Sterling; 10:32 a.m. Wednesday; contempt for failure to appear in court on a 2015 traffic case and order of commitment in a 2015 small claims case; posted $500 of $5,000 bond on contempt charge and issued $5,000 recognizance bond on order of commitment.

OGLE COUNTY SHERIFF

David W. Richards, 27, and Kasey Orr, 38, both of Sterling; 7:48 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 72 at Mill Road; Richards for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana, possession of drug equipment, possession of drug paraphernalia and suspended license; Orr for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug equipment; both taken to Ogle County Jail.
