Robinson, 29, of Sterling; 8:53 a.m. Tuesday at East Lincolnway and Merrill Street; Whiteside County warrant for suspended license, Lee County warrant for suspended license, suspended license, possession of a controlled substance; taken to Whiteside County Jail and remained there Wednesday.

Tanner J. Miller, 22, of Rock Falls; 5:09 p.m. Tuesday at Locust Street and LeFevre Road; failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
