Nicholas D. Johnson, 22, of Sterling; 7:39 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of Third Avenue; failure to appear in court in a domestic battery case; posted bond.


Dylan T. Fargher, 24, of Rock Falls; 9:36 a.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of First Avenue; Whiteside County warrant for failure to pay or appear in a 2016 speeding case; sentenced to 4 days in jail, 2 suspended.

Thomas G. Ensley, 20, of Kewanee; 1:57 a.m. Thursday in the 2100 block of Ninth Avenue; possession of a stolen vehicle, a felony, aggravated fleeing, resisting arrest, and a Henry County warrant for failure to appear in court in a burglary case; bond set at $50,000; preliminary hearing Oct. 22.

Tawana S. Latham, 37, and Robert S. Wiles, 39, both of Rock Falls; 2:40 a.m. Friday in the 1300 block of Luke Lane; Latham for domestic battery and resisting an officer; Wiles for aggravated battery of an officer; both taken to Whiteside County Jail.


Antonio D. Williams, 23, of Dixon; 9:30 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of North Court; possession of marijuana.


Roger Dean Donner, 62, of Milan; 9:53 p.m. Wednesday; DUI and illegal transportation of alcohol; issued an individual bond.

Kayla M. Slusser, 20, of Sterling; 6:27 a.m. Thursday on three failure to appear in court warrants in failure to reduce speed, failure to notify of damage caused and leaving the scene of an accident cases; posted $5,000 bond.

Roy Rayburn Cochran, 25, of Centralia, already in IDOC custody; 2017 case involving charges of felon in possession of a weapon while in prison, felon in possession of a weapon, and aggravated battery of a police officer; held on $100,000 bond; pretrial conference Thursday.
